• Business/organization information: company name, business phone number, and settings you configure for your organization.
• Lead and contact data: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and conversation history for leads and contacts you manage within the Service.
• Messaging data: messages, message status, and metadata exchanged through connected WhatsApp Business, Facebook, or Instagram accounts, used solely to display and manage conversations within your CRM.
• Integration data from Meta Platforms: when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, or Instagram Business account, we receive limited data via Meta's APIs — including your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, Page ID, Instagram Account ID, and access tokens required to send and receive messages on your behalf.
• Google Ads lead data: lead information submitted through Google Ads lead forms you connect to the Service via a webhook you control.
• Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and actions taken within the Service, used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying leads, contacts, and conversations in your CRM dashboard.
• To send and receive messages through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram on behalf of your connected business accounts, strictly at your direction.
• To authenticate you and maintain the security of your account and organization.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
• To troubleshoot issues and improve the reliability of the Service.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties, and we do not use data obtained through Meta's APIs for advertising purposes.

3. Use of Meta Platform Data

Data obtained through Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business Platform, or Instagram APIs is used exclusively to operate the messaging and lead-capture features of the Service for the business that authorized the connection. We do not share this data with unrelated third parties, and we comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies regarding the storage, use, and deletion of this data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Meta (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) and Google, solely to deliver the messaging and lead-capture functionality you have configured.
• With service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SimplySale, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, lead, contact, and conversation data for as long as your account or organization remains active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 7.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted password storage, access token protection, and HTTPS encryption in transit — to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or disconnect any connected WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads integration at any time from within the Service's Settings page. To request full account or data deletion, contact us using the details below — we will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once complete.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
